Michele Patry is a seasoned leadership and training development specialist with over 20 years experience in the private sector. Michele has created and led sales training departments and programs in several national organizations and built a successful consulting business over the past eight years. Her focus is on developing individuals to reach their potential and recently she has been working with hundreds of sales leaders who are striving to have a positive impact on performance in the context of a tough economy.
Michele has designed interactive leadership, sales and client operations training that contributed to bottom-line results and that has fostered cultures of innovation and intentional leadership in both large national corporations and entrepreneurial start-ups.
